Registration for the cookout is required. We will also be asking for a $35 entrance fee (free to those 12 and under with approval from Kolters). This covers food and beverages on the day of the cookout, whatever beverages we have before and after the event (if available), the convention room reservation fees, the banner, gas to and fro to get stuff to the cookout and all the other preparations that it takes to get the cookout going. This event is not profit-driven - all proceeds fund the cookout preparations. A quick reminder: the registration and fee cutoff date is May 18th. At that time, the money must be in our hands and your name(s) on the list. There will be no exceptions to this deadline! Registration Form 1) Only the data listed here is collected; no other data (IP address, hostname, etcetera) is collected. 2) Your forum name, comic website, and how likely you are to attend, will be reported publicly. Your real name and hotel information will not be reported to anyone but the people who need to know to plan the event - mainly the Kolters. 3) If you aren't a CG forumite, you won't have a forum name. Use a nickname or your real name. 4) If your situation changes (you are no longer coming, you are now sure to come, you're getting a hotel, whatever) please just re-use this form. Rkolter will see the new form for your name, and make the proper changes. 5) Use your real name where it says to! Don't be bashful - Rkolter will be comparing your real name here to the list of people who later pay to attend. So if you don't use your real name, it will difficult for Rkolter to match the two together and your money may be returned and your registration cancelled. Refund Policy By submitting a registration payment, you are bound to and agree with the following refund policy: Entry Fee Paid for Yourself You may request a refund using the contact information on the main page through May 1st, 2008. After May 1st, 2008, no refund is available. If you refund request is received before May 1st, 2008, you will be refunded the portion of the funds Paypal has given us (they take a fee out of your initial $35 for processing that we cannot refund you). If you paid us through another method, you will likewise be refunded any portion of the fee that was received. After May 1st, 2007, no refund will be issued, but you may ask that we use the $35 to pay for someone else of your choosing. Entry Fee Paid for Someone Else Entry fees paid on behalf of someone else are simply not refundable. We cannot take the chance that someone will attempt to yank someone's registration due to a personal dispute. If the person paid for cannot attend, then you may request the money go towards someone else's entry fee. Payment We'd STRONGLY prefer it if you used Paypal to pay the cookout fee with the form below. If you are paying for someone else, please enter their real name in the provided space. If you're paying for yourself, please enter your real name instead. If you absolutely are unable or unwilling to make a payment via Paypal, please contact us via the information on the main page, and an arrangement will be made. | |||
