Donation Fund

Click to Donate

Would you like to help someone who cannot afford to come but who would dearly love to make it to the cookout? Look no further! We are collecting funds to send poor, starving artists to our get-together.

Donations are being collected by Vorticus on the Trip Donation Website. Please visit for details on how to donate, how the money will be allocated and how to get your name into the pool.

Hotel Rooms

Reservation

To reserve a hotel room in the same hotel that's hosting the cookout, please see the hotel / location section of the Cookout Info page.

Room Sharing

Below is a list of cookout attendees looking for someone to share a room with. If you are interested in sharing a room with that person or wish to be added to the list, please contact the Kolters using the information on the main page with your name, contact information and how many roommates you are looking for. Once an arrangement is made, let us know so we can update the list.

Transportation

Whether you're coming or going, you'll need a way to do it. Let's run down the main three.

Plane

Lambert-St. Louis International is located directly across from the hotel hosting the cookout. The airport code is "STL".

Taking an airplane has one major advantage: there is a shuttle service that will take you directly from the airport to the cookout hotel.

Train

Amtrak provides transportation by rail in the city of St. Louis. There are two stations, both about 15 miles from the cookout: Kirkwood (KWD) and St. Louis (STL).

If you go this route, you will need to contact the Kolters at the address on the main page to arrange pick-up and drop-off times and dates.

Automobile (Bus)

Greyhound is the bus service to use for arriving in St. Louis. Take care, though - the rides are long and somewhat dull. You get what you pay for.

As with taking a train, contact the Kolters at the address on the main page to arrange pick-up and drop-off times and dates.

Automobile (Carpooling)

Carpooling is a fun, inexpensive way to get to the cookout. You'll get to know other comic enthusiasts much better (whether you want to or not), and you'll have stories to tell for years.

If you would like to offer or join a carpool below, let us know with the contact information on the main page.
